President@NCABANA.org

The President is the principle executive officer of NCABANA and generally supervises all the business of NCABANA. The President is responsible for planning all events (including Board meetings), appoint committees or individuals to run aspects of the organization, authorize payments of up to $500, and ensure the newsletter arrives on
time.

Vice.President@NCABANA.org

In the absence of the President, or in the event of the inability or refusal to act by the President, the Vice-president shall perform the duties of the President. The Vice-president will oversee Iron-in the Hat at chapter meetings.

Treasurer@NCABANA.org

The Treasurer has custody of and is responsibly for all funds and securities of NCABANA using good accounting practices to keep financial records. The Treasurer also disperses funds for expenses authorized by the President and Board of Directors. Lastly, the Treasurer also maintains and prepares the annual budget of NCABANA.

Secretary@NCABANA.org

The Secretary’s main role is to maintain all meeting minutes and records for NCABANA. The Secretary also handles all official correspondence on behalf of the organization as well as maintaining the membership list with all names, addresses, phone numbers, and emails.
